Digital Products
The following products are classified as digital products:
eBooks
Printable Resource Packs
Posters
Checklists
Worksheets
Digital Downloads
Digital Bundles
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be copied or retained after purchase.
Exceptions for Digital Products
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
You were charged multiple times for the same order.
You purchased the same product more than once accidentally.
You experienced a technical issue preventing access to the product and our support team was unable to resolve it.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Printed Ring-Bound Books
We want you to receive your printed book in excellent condition.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Where appropriate, we may:
Replace the item
Issue a partial refund
Issue a full refund
at our discretion.
Change of Mind
Because each printed book is produced specifically to fulfil your order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product
No longer wanting the item
Failure to read the product description before purchasing
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Downloaded digital products
Opened digital products
Customised products
Gift cards (if applicable)
Products damaged through misuse after delivery
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
10–15 business days
for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Digital Products
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access has been granted.
Printed Books
Cancellation requests may be accepted only within the first 24
hrs after purchase.
After 24 hrs, once printing or fulfilment has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
